Tools that live on your staff's phones. Training videos, checklists, trackers, forms. All the stuff that's buried in a group chat somewhere and nobody can find. People sign in with Google, you approve who gets in, and you run the whole thing from an admin panel.

Websites your customers see

A site that makes your business look like a real business. It loads fast, it works on a phone, and someone can call you from it in one tap. No template, and no monthly software you have to figure out.

In every build

You own it. You run it.

  • Your brand. Your name, your colors, your logo. Nothing on it says Ace House.
  • You control the content. Change text, swap a video, add a page. You can do it from your phone and you don't have to wait on me.
  • Built for phones. That's the screen people will actually open it on, so that's where I start.
  • No per-seat charges. Add as many people and admins as you want. Your price stays the same if you grow.
  • I keep it running. Hosting, updates and anything that breaks is on me.

How it goes

  1. We talk for fifteen minutes

    You tell me what you need. I tell you if I'm the right person for it and what it'll cost.

  2. You send me your content and branding

    Whatever you already have. Logo, colors, photos, documents. It doesn't need to be organized first.

  3. I hand you something live

    About a week later. Then I walk you through it so you can run it yourself from day one.

Before you call

Things people ask me.

I don't really know what I need.

That's most people. Tell me the problem you're having and I'll tell you whether an app fixes it, a website fixes it, or neither does and you should save your money.

I already have a website.

Then we talk about whether it actually needs replacing. Sometimes it just needs fixing, and sometimes it's fine and I'll tell you that.

Do I need to be technical to run it?

No. If you can post on Facebook you can run the admin panel. I walk you through the whole thing before I hand it over, and you can call me when you forget something.

What happens when something breaks?

You text me and I fix it. Hosting and fixes are what the monthly fee covers. You're not filing a support ticket and waiting a week.

What if you disappear?

Fair question for a one-man operation. Your content, your branding and your data belong to you, and I'll export all of it any time you ask, free, whether you're still working with me or not. You're not locked in.
